We have in forum TWO options how to post, you can simply press "new topic" if u want to place on forum sumtin new, like this u will create new topic. But if u want to reply on topic of someone´s else, press another button which is called "reply" like this u will post, but u will not create new topic, but your post will be in topic on which u replied.
